1st year

Launch and Opening Seminar
Objectives: Introductory seminar allowing you to understand the scientific research process in management sciences, the disciplinary fields to master, and the dynamics of developing your doctoral thesis. You will be able to access the research resources and the proposed toolbox. A reading program will be offered to participants to prepare for the rest of the program.

Doctoral Approach: initial support seminar
Objectives: To seek is to find! Your doctorate has as its backbone your thesis project. During this seminar in “Design Thinking” mode, each participant will have the opportunity to explore the research themes on which they wish to engage, outline and consolidate a research question, and identify the means to initiate a review process. literature.

Fundamentals of Research: epistemiology, methods and tools
Objectives: During this workshop, participants will discover the main research approaches (epistemiology), and their impacts on their project, and the adequacy with the main research methods and tools. A first introduction will be offered to quantitative and qualitative methods so that participants can already plan ahead. Articles will be offered for reading with a view to the following workshops, and thesis supervision will be put in place.

Specialized Research Workshops (1) & Workshops
Objectives: During these research workshops, you will explore different research theories and paradigms, both fundamental and useful for your progress. Targeted workshops on organization theory, strategy, finance and management, leadership and human resources management, innovation, marketing and knowledge management. You will be required to read, understand, analyze, debate scientific articles, and carry out writing exercises. Your dissertation supervisor will be assigned, and the outline of your thesis initiated.

2nd year

Qualitative Methodology
Objectives: Mastery of qualitative research methods, data collection and processing. Conceptual, methodological and practical contributions on conducting interviews, discourse analysis, clinical approaches, case studies, action research and intervention research.

Quantitative Methodology
Objectives: Familiarization with quantitative and statistical methods useful for carrying out a research project using numerical data.

Research Design and Data Collection
Objectives: During this workshop, you will understand research design methods in order to better frame and master your thesis project, and will carry out practical data collection exercises.

Specialized Research Workshops (2) & Workshops
Objectives: During these research workshops, you will explore different research theories and paradigms, both fundamental and useful for your progress. Targeted workshops on organization theory, strategy, finance and management, leadership and human resources management, innovation, marketing and knowledge management. You will be required to read, understand, analyze, debate scientific articles, and carry out writing exercises. Thesis writing workshops will be organized, and if possible your first articles submitted
