Four levels, one common thread: the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems, taught on the living data of the Observatory. Everything is online, everything is certifying.
Level 1 — Certifying short courses
Format: 1 to 5 days, 100% online. Audience: professionals who want a targeted skill quickly.
Get started or sharpen up on a specific topic: ecosystem mapping, business model, funding and venture capital, pitch and fundraising. Each module delivers an OSE-ADALIA certificate. The "Ecosystem mapping & diagnosis" module runs directly on OSE Expert.
It is the Academy's volume engine and the best entry point into the Executive Programme.
Level 2 — Executive Programme (flagship)
Format: several months, online, in cohorts. Co-signed OSE × ADALIA. Audience: senior practitioners — public agencies, funders, incubator directors, consultants.
The flagship programme: "Development of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems". It is fully built on the OSE five-layer framework and sanctioned by an ADALIA Executive Certificate — a professional certificate, not a state degree.
You leave able to design, fund and steer an evidence-based entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Level 3 — Professional certification & organisation labels
Format: tailored. Audience: professionals to certify; incubators, accelerators, programmes and universities to label.
Here, ADALIA reverses the logic of accreditation: it does not receive accreditation, it awards it. Two distinct offerings — certifying professionals (ecosystem builders, programme managers) and labelling organisations along OSE principles.
The label brings visibility, recognition and a connection to the OSE Connect ecosystem. It is recurring revenue and a powerful channel to spread the scientific framework.
Level 4 — Applied research & doctoral tracks
Format: applied research and doctoral tracks in partnership. Audience: researchers, doctoral candidates, practitioners seeking a doctoral path.
Without accreditation, ADALIA does not grant doctorates — and owns that. ADALIA and OSE provide the field (the living data of the Observatory) and the scientific supervision; the doctoral degree itself is awarded by an accredited partner university.
